“Don’t go to the gym” he says.

“You don’t need to go to the gym for being fit and you don’t have to go on a diet for being fit. Just do whatever you want to and eat what you want, preferably healthy food.”

“Being fat isn’t bad if you like yourself, been thin isn’t bad either. You don’t have to be what other people want you to be, you have to be what you want to be.”

Well, Bones, one of our favourite rappers is also a philosopher!
